I'm Chelsea, a product person with a BFA in Industrial Design and a background in high-pressure live events, where I learned to align teams, manage dependencies, and deliver when deadlines don't move.

Now pursuing a Master's of Business and Science in UX Design at Rutgers University. I focus on making design teams more effective through better systems: clear processes, organized knowledge, scalable documentation, and research-to-decision workflows. I'm at my best turning messy inputs into repeatable playbooks: bridging design, product, and engineering without sacrificing creative momentum.
